My goal is to empower others with an achievable, efficient path to a fit and happy lifestyle. I started blogging because I was fed up with the overwhelming amount of false information everywhere; commercials, social media ads, newly invented gimmicks that supposedly give you a six-pack in 3 minutes a day (spoiler: no matter how many crunches you do, you’ll never get a 6-pack without proper diet). There is endless false information out there, like the next fad diet waiting to tempt us to a quick fix. So, of course, we are all confused about what to do!
I’m on a mission to bring the TRUTH about fitness to light. There are easy steps you can take on a daily basis to improve your quality of life. I’m a strong believer that a positive mindset & correct knowledge is half the battle. I’ll share real tips for you that work, so you can be more productive in your life goals, and spend more time where it matters.
With over 12 years of fitness experience, I have dedicated my life’s work to helping people. I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Nutrition minor from Penn State. My certifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Dr. Sears Certified Health Coach (specializing in adults, seniors, pregnancy, and postpartum), Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Schwinn Indoor Cycling.
I am passionate about cruelty-free and sustainable products. I promote a plant-based organic diet. In my spare time, I’m dedicated to being the best dog mom and wife I can be. My favorites list also includes coffee, hiking, traveling, exploring Dallas, Italian cooking, rosé, and testing healthy dessert recipes to curb my sweet tooth (don’t worry I’ll share those too)!
Don’t forget to sign up to get my quick-start healthy eating guide. You can start exploring the wealth of information on the blog or read more about me here! I’m thrilled for you to take a great step with me towards a fit, well, and happy life!
