How to Make Lemon Water with Pink Salt
- In a 12-16 ounce filtered water container, fresh lemon juice, half one organic lemon, and 1-2 pinches of Himalayan pink salt. OR
- Double the recipe and do a 32-40 ounce water jug with 1 whole organic lemon juice and a few pinches of Himalayan pink salt.
How much lemon juice to add? It depends on personal preference. Most people drink a glass of lemon water with fresh lemon juice of half a lemon to a whole lemon daily.
I make a 40-ounce water bottle and take it wherever I’m heading in the morning. I use this hand juicer (saving time game changer) and this organic Himalayan pink salt. Tip: Make sure to get fine or extra-fine pink salt.
Drinking the water at room temperature is recommended, but it’s ok if you like warm or cold water. I always say to figure out what works best for you because everyone’s body is different.
