Here are some of the benefits of lemon water:
- Hydration

- Balances body pH
The benefits come from the vitamin C in the lemon and the electrolytes and minerals found in pink salt. Please note: do not use regular salt, and it does not contain the same electrolytes and minerals as Himalayan pink salt.
Drinking lemon water first thing in the morning helps the digestive system jumpstart. Lemon water is also known to have many skin benefits. Starting with water first thing as part of their morning ritual helps them stick to their weight loss and health goals.
How to make lemon water in the morning:

I make a 40-ounce water bottle and take it with me wherever I’m heading in the morning. I use this hand juicer (saving time game changer) and as this organic Himalayan pink salt. Tip: Make sure to get fine or extra-fine pink salt.
Its recommended to drink the water at room temperature, but it’s ok if you like it warm or cold. I always say figure out what works best for you because everyone’s body is different. Drink an appropriate amount of it fasted first thing in the morning. This elixir can be the daily routine to a full day of healthy eating!
