Since having my first baby last year, much of my time preparing healthy meals has gone out the window. I don’t know about you, but when I run out of time to prepare a healthy meal or snack, and the hunger kicks in, I grab the first unhealthy thing in my reach. Especially the breastfeeding hunger, now that is intense! This is where a plant-based meal delivery service can really come in handy. A plant-based diet has multiple benefits for those looking out for health and fitness. Eating a whole food plant-based diet rich in antioxidants boost the immune system and protects us from environmental toxins. Many vegetables are low in calories for those interested in leaning out, meaning they fill you up and fuel your day while helping you slim down. 

How it works: 

You pick your meals/snacks from their website of over 90 options. From smoothies to flatbreads to ice cream, they have something for everyone. Daily Harvest ships your items frozen, and as soon as they arrive, you pop them in the freezer. Everything only takes 0 – 5 minutes to prepare.
