2 years ago today I married the man of my dreams. It was the best day of my life. We’ve had a crazy 2 years with job changes, the pandemic, trying for and having a baby. He continues to be my rock and can make me laugh even when I’m feeling down. Our son has an amazing man to look up to. Happy anniversary @gregorious83 ❤️

At 41+4 weeks pregnant I was induced using Pitocin, labored for 10 hours, and pushed for 45 minutes to deliver our beautiful baby boy. I was able to stick to my birth plan of no epidural thanks to the support of Brandon & our amazing nurse. I delivered on all 4s, and it was an out of body experience when they laid him under me. We are completely in love! ⁣

The name John is after my dad, granddad, and Brandon’s granddad & we know he will grow up to be a strong, family-man like them. ⁣

Today marks 40 weeks pregnant & my due date! Funny thing is, due dates are an estimation and most first time moms go beyond 40 weeks. So today, I’m still here holding a watermelon sized belly in waiting!
