If you’re a health-conscious person, it’s likely you also want the best for your canine friend. That’s why you may be interested in a slow cooker dog food recipe from real human-food ingredients.
There is debate on what’s better for your dog, which I won’t dive into here because I’m no expert. Do your research and make a personal decision on what’s best for you and your dog. We feed our french bulldog homemade food most of the time and supplement regular dog food when we travel or are in between cooking a new batch of food.
I love making everything I can in a slow cooker – just a few quick chops and let the slow cooker do the rest! This recipe below can be adapted to suit your dog’s needs. We make the entire slow cooker batch and freeze half of it. Enjoy, or should I say your dog will!
