Today, I’m sharing a game-plan to free yourself from social media jealousy. If we let it, getting sucked into social media can make us believe every day we are supposed to be doing something amazing and perfect. It’s just not real life! Unfortunately, a common feeling when scrolling social media platforms is jealousy.
Let’s diminish those feelings and replace them with feelings of confidence and happiness! Here are my top 3 tips on HOW:

3. Know that you’re an individual on your own path – NOBODY can be you. You’re a unique individual, that’s the beauty of being human.
At the end of the day, if you keep getting unhappy feelings over what someone else is posting, maybe it’s time to unfollow them. You don’t need negativity in your life!
